Yes - a first-month money-back guarantee is offered on Lite and Plus plans. If the service does not meet your expectations in the first 30 days, we refund the first month's fee in full. Pro and Enterprise are not covered by the money-back guarantee because of the larger infrastructure provisioning involved, but cancellations are still month-to-month with no penalty.

Nothing breaks. We copy your site to the new infrastructure and test it under your hostname before any DNS change - your old host stays online until the cutover. Your domain is transferred to our care or we manage the DNS at your existing registrar (your call). Business email continuity is preserved by mapping MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records on day one. The old host can be cancelled after the cutover completes successfully.
