Yes. Monthly billing is month-to-month with no lock-in - you can cancel before the next billing date and service stops at the end of the cycle. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment paid upfront at the discounted rate. We will hand over hosting, domain, and site exports cleanly on cancellation - no hostage data, no exit fee.

Yes - a first-month money-back guarantee is offered on Lite and Plus plans. If the service does not meet your expectations in the first 30 days, we refund the first month's fee in full. Pro and Enterprise are not covered by the money-back guarantee because of the larger infrastructure provisioning involved, but cancellations are still month-to-month with no penalty.

Both. Uptime is monitored at 1 to 5 minute intervals (tier-based) with a 99.9% SLA target across active contracts. First Response and Completion SLAs are published per tier in the comparison table and tracked in our ticketing system over the last 90 days. A Guaranteed Response SLA with service credits is available as an addon on Enterprise.

Hosting is included and provisioned by us - Cloud SSD on Lite and Plus (shared), NVMe Cloud VPS on Pro, NVMe Dedicated VPS on Enterprise. If you have an existing host you prefer to keep, we can run maintenance, monitoring, and CDN on it instead and adjust the plan accordingly - tell us at the order info step and we will scope the change before activation.

Backups are AES-256 encrypted and pushed to AWS S3 - completely independent of your hosting server. This means a host failure, ransomware event, or account compromise does not also take your backups. Daily backups run on Pro and Enterprise with up to 60-day retention; restores are one-click from the client portal with a pre-restore safety snapshot taken first. Typical restore window is under an hour for standard-sized sites.

A Content Edit is one completed content or design change with a visible output - swapping a hero image, updating pricing, publishing a blog, changing a phone number, adding a banner. Each is up to 30 minutes of work. Support Hours are technical engineering time (plugin debugging, custom CSS, redirect maps, server tuning) billed in 15-minute blocks. Project work - new page builds, full redesigns, custom development - is scoped and quoted separately.

Repeated infections within a 90-day window traceable to client-side issues (compromised credentials, nulled themes / plugins, unpatched custom code) trigger a root-cause engagement; the third or further incident in 90 days may be routed to Support Hours.

Nothing breaks. We copy your site to the new infrastructure and test it under your hostname before any DNS change - your old host stays online until the cutover. Your domain is transferred to our care or we manage the DNS at your existing registrar (your call). Business email continuity is preserved by mapping MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records on day one. The old host can be cancelled after the cutover completes successfully.

Yes. New page builds, redesigns, custom plugin or theme development, eCommerce builds, and full site rebuilds are quoted as fixed-scope projects on top of the management contract. Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO retainers, and content production are available as separate retainers - none of that is bundled into the management cost so you only pay for what you actually need.

Service term begins on the date of subscription activation. Plans renew on the same calendar date each month or year unless cancelled.

Cancellations on monthly billing take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual billing is a 12-month commitment paid upfront at the discounted rate.

Hosting: tier-matched hosting (Cloud SSD or NVMe VPS) is provisioned and managed by us. CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth caps follow the comparison table. Fair Use governs sustained spikes - we discuss tier upgrades transparently, never bill silent overage.

Domain: 1 primary domain registration or renewal is included per contract for standard TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .in, .co). Premium TLDs and additional domains are passed through at registrar cost with no markup.

Content Edits: one completed content or design change with visible output, up to 30 minutes of work. Allowance does not carry forward month-to-month. Overflow minutes draw from Support Hours.
