Standalone tools do not run preventive cycles, do not chase third-party vendors when a payment gateway breaks, do not write Root Cause Analysis reports, and do not deliver a unified report you can hand to your CFO. You pay roughly the same total, but you get human ownership of outcomes.

The 4-hour response time on Manage is our standard response time, measured against the last 90-day attainment across active contracts. It is what we typically deliver, not a contractual SLA with service credits. A Guaranteed Response SLA with service credits on breach is available as an addon on Manage - request it during onboarding.

The third or further incident in 90 days may be routed to Support Hours or a dedicated hardening engagement with your Account Manager.

A Content Edit is one completed content or design change with visible output on your site, up to 30 minutes of work. A single ticket may bundle several small changes (text tweak, image swap, CSS adjustment) as one Edit. Support Hours cover technical work outside of edits - bug fixes, plugin configuration, third-party integrations, server-side issues - billed in 15-minute blocks. New page builds, custom development, graphic design, and full migrations are scoped and quoted separately as project work.

PDF formats delivered by the 5th of every month - combining uptime, security scans, malware activity, firewall blocks, backup runs, performance scores, SEO health, broken links, GSC alerts, traffic stats (DataPulse / GA4), tickets resolved, Support Hours consumed, and Content Edits delivered. Reports are also available in your Client Portal at any time. Historical reports are retained for the life of the contract plus 24 months.
