A single ticket may bundle several small changes (text tweak, image swap, CSS adjustment) as one Edit. Support Hours cover technical work outside of edits - bug fixes, plugin configuration, third-party integrations, server-side issues - billed in 15-minute blocks. New page builds, custom development, graphic design, and full migrations are scoped and quoted separately as project work.
