Your order includes 7 days of free post-installation support on the same certificate. If anything related to the install chain warnings, redirect issues, residual mixed content surfaces in that window, we fix it at no extra cost. Issues reported after 7 days are treated as a fresh request.
1. This service is billed as a one-time fee per certificate, payable in advance. Work begins only after payment clears and credentials are received.
2. Refunds are available before work begins. Once the assigned engineer has logged in to your hosting environment, the order is considered fulfilled and is not refundable.
3. The service covers installation of one DV SSL certificate on one primary domain. Additional certificates or domains require separate orders.
4. You are responsible for providing valid certificate files (CRT, intermediate bundle, and private key if applicable), working hosting credentials, and a reachable primary domain.
5. Your credentials, certificate files, and site access are treated as confidential. Access is revoked after the completion report is sent, and we recommend you rotate passwords on your end as a security best practice.
6. The mixed content fix applies to the state of the site at the time of work. New mixed content introduced later by theme updates, new plugins, or fresh content edits is outside the scope of this order.
