If your site is flagged by Google Safe Browsing, McAfee, Sucuri, or any other major blacklist, we identify every listing, clean the site, file the review requests, and track each vendor until your search rankings and browser trust are fully restored.
End-to-end blacklist removal, we identify every listing, clean the cause, and file the review requests with each vendor.
A blacklist warning on your domain or IP can stop visitor traffic almost instantly. Browsers display large red warning screens, search engines drop your rankings, and email delivery often breaks at the same time. A single infection or compromise can cut your website traffic to zero within hours, and every day the listing stays active means lost customers, lost orders, and lost trust.
Our Website Blacklist Removal Service is a complete recovery engagement built around one goal getting your site fully delisted and earning back the trust of search engines and browsers. We start by checking every major blacklist to find each active listing, then clean the underlying issue that caused the flag in the first place. This includes removing malware, deleting injected scripts, closing backdoors, and hardening the entry point that allowed the compromise.
Once the site is verified clean, we file the correct review or removal request with each flagging vendor on your behalf. We track every response and resubmit within the same engagement at no extra charge if any vendor rejects the first review. You stay informed at each milestone and receive a clear completion report at the end, listing every blacklist checked, the cleanup performed, and the current delisting status for every vendor.
This is a onetime, fixed-fee engagement covering one website or IP ideal for site owners who need search visibility and browser trust restored quickly, without juggling multiple vendor dashboards or guessing at the right submission process for each one.

No data loss is expected. Cleanup is performed carefully on the live or a staged environment, and we always create a safety backup before making changes. Most cleanup is non-disruptive, with no measurable downtime for visitors.
We harden the entry point that allowed the compromise as part of the cleanup, which significantly reduces the risk of reinfection. For ongoing protection including continuous malware scanning, automatic updates, daily backups, and security monitoring we recommend pairing this service with one of our website maintenance plans.
We need your website URL, a description of any blacklist warnings you have seen, and secure access to your hosting (cPanel, FTP / SFTP, or control panel credentials). We do not require permanent access credentials are used only for this engagement and removed once the work is closed out.
The fee is fully refundable if we determine that cleanup is not possible due to unrelated hosting or access issues that block our work. Once cleanup work has begun, the fee becomes non-refundable, since the recovery effort is already underway.

1. Scope: The fee covers blacklist identification, malware cleanup on the affected site or IP, and submission of review or removal requests to each flagging vendor. Coverage is limited to one site or IP per engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities: You provide timely access to hosting, FTP, SFTP, or control panel credentials, and respond to our questions within 24 hours so the engagement is not delayed.

6. Confidentiality: Any credentials, logs, or files you share with us are used only for this engagement and are removed from our systems once the engagement is closed.
7. Payment Model: Onetime payment, billed per site or IP, in your chosen currency.
