2. Client Responsibilities: You provide timely access to hosting, FTP, SFTP, or control panel credentials, and respond to our questions within 24 hours so the engagement is not delayed.
3. Vendor Response Time: Final delisting depends on each vendor’s review queue, which is outside our control. We complete cleanup and submission on our side, then track each vendor until the listing is cleared or the request is rejected.
4. Reinfection: If the site is reinfected after handover, a fresh engagement is required. Hardening steps applied during this service reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of reinfection.
5. Refund Eligibility: The fee is non-refundable once cleanup work has started. If we determine that cleanup is not possible due to unrelated hosting or access issues, the fee is refunded in full.
6. Confidentiality: Any credentials, logs, or files you share with us are used only for this engagement and are removed from our systems once the engagement is closed.
7. Payment Model: Onetime payment, billed per site or IP, in your chosen currency.
