Clients move domains between registrars for many reasons, better pricing, consolidation under a single account, or poor support from the current provider. The problem is that a badly handled transfer can break DNS resolution, take email offline for hours, and leave the site unreachable for visitors. This addon exists so that none of those outcomes happen.
Our team manages the transfer end-to-end. We confirm the current registrar setup, verify ownership contacts, obtain the EPP authorization code, unlock the domain, initiate the transfer at the gaining registrar, and preserve the existing DNS zone so that A records, MX records, and TXT records continue resolving throughout the process. Transfer completion is verified only after WHOIS reflects the new registrar and DNS propagation is clean.
You retain full ownership and administrative control throughout. We do not hold the domain in our account, we do not change name servers without approval, and we do not alter any DNS record that is already in production. Where the gaining registrar is ResellerClub (our partner stack), the post-transfer admin experience is straightforward. If you are moving to a different registrar, that is equally supported.

Most transfers complete end-to-end in 5 to 7 days, governed by the ICANN 5-day window and the losing registrar's release policy. We initiate within 24 business hours of receiving payment and the EPP code.
No. We preserve the existing DNS zone - A, MX, CNAME, TXT and SRV records - so your site and email keep resolving without interruption while the transfer completes at the registrar level.
The current registrar, the domain list, and the EPP authorization code if you already have it. If you don't have it, we will guide you on how to retrieve it from the losing registrar.
No. Renewal fees, redemption fees for expired domains, and premium domain surcharges are billed directly by the gaining registrar and are not included in this addon.
Yes. Add one unit per domain at checkout. Each unit covers one domain end-to-end, and timelines run in parallel rather than sequentially.

If a 60-day ICANN lock, active dispute, or expiry hold blocks the transfer, we report it and coordinate the rescheduled attempt once the lock clears at no additional charge.
Yes. The Domain Transfer Support Service is a onetime, per-domain addon and is available across every Aarav Infotech website maintenance plan.
- This addon covers one domain transfer per unit purchased. Additional domains require additional units.
- The client is responsible for providing valid admin contact access at the losing registrar, including the ability to approve registrar transfer emails if required.
- Registrar renewal fees, redemption fees for expired domains, and premium domain surcharges are not included and are billed directly by the gaining registrar.
- Refund eligibility is limited to cases where the transfer has not yet been initiated at the gaining registrar. Once initiated, the transfer is considered in progress and no refund applies.
- Transfer timelines depend on registrar policy and ICANN rules, which we cannot override. We commit to process SLAs, not to final clearance timing.
- Confidentiality applies to all credentials, EPP codes, and DNS records shared during the engagement. These are used only to execute the transfer and are purged from our working notes on completion.
- If the losing registrar blocks the transfer (for example, active dispute, ICANN 60 day lock after recent contact change, or domain nearing expiry), we report the block and coordinate a rescheduled attempt once the lock clears, at no additional charge.
- This addon does not migrate hosting, email, or CMS. Those are covered under separate services on the relevant maintenance plan.
