Each bundle adds five edit credits to your account, ready to use against any eligible change request the moment payment clears.
A single credit covers one small, self-contained change - a text update, image swap, price tweak, banner refresh, link fix, or CSS adjustment. One credit equals one defined task of up to thirty minutes of engineering time. Larger changes that require more time count as more than one credit, and we always confirm the expected count with you before any work begins, so there are no surprises on your invoice or your timeline.
Credits are issued within an hour of payment and consumed in the order your tasks are worked on. You raise requests the same way you always do, and turnaround follows your existing maintenance plan SLA - there is no separate timeline to track. Credits are valid only within the calendar month of purchase and do not roll over, so we recommend buying the bundle early in the month if you anticipate heavier edit needs.

7. Client responsibilities include submitting clear change briefs with target URLs, copy, and reference images where applicable. Delays caused by incomplete briefs do not entitle credit extensions.
8. Any breach of our master service agreement, including non-payment of the base plan, suspends access to this addon without refund.
