Custom plugin and theme tables outside the WordPress core schema are reviewed in read-only mode. They are not modified without your written approval.

No. Server-side MySQL configuration, schema redesign, and query-level tuning are out of scope for this one-time service. We can scope those separately if you need them.
Any regressions reported within 7 days of delivery that are directly attributable to this cleanup are fixed at no additional cost. You also have the 30-day retained backup as a safety net.
Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced. Once the pre-execution backup has been taken, the service is considered in progress and no refund is issued.
- This is a one-time service. A single purchase covers one WordPress or WooCommerce site.
- An active Starter or Standard maintenance plan is required at the time of purchase.
- You must provide working administrator and database access along with written approval of the execution window. Work begins only after credentials are verified.
- A full database backup is taken before any changes. The backup is retained for 30 days from the delivery date and then removed.
- Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced. Once the pre-execution backup has been taken, the service is considered in progress and no refund is issued.
