1. This service is a one-time speed optimisation pass. It does not include ongoing monitoring, recurring tuning, or post-handover regression fixes beyond the completion report.
2. The service is available only as an addon to the Starter or Standard maintenance plans. If the site is moved off these plans after purchase, any remaining or re-run obligation under this service ceases.
3. A PageSpeed score improvement is guaranteed on either mobile or desktop. If no measurable improvement appears in the post-optimisation report, our engineer continues the pass at no extra cost until an improvement is delivered, or until both parties mutually agree the site has reached its feasible ceiling on the current hosting and theme.
4. You must provide timely admin access, staging access where applicable, and approval to make configuration changes before work begins. Delays in access extend the delivery timeline by the same duration.
5. The service applies to one site per purchase. Multisite networks and sub-sites count as separate sites and require separate purchases.
6. Site speed can be impacted by third-party services, hosting quality, theme and plugin choices, or future content additions, which are outside our direct control. We document any such limits in the post-optimisation report.
7. Refunds: once work has started, the service is non-refundable. If you cancel before our engineer begins execution, you receive a full refund minus any processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
8. All work, credentials, and reports remain confidential between you and Aarav Infotech. Temporary access is deleted within 7 days of completion unless you ask us to retain it.
