How to delete WordPress themes?

You can delete WordPress themes by using any of the following methods:

I) By using WordPress dashboard:

First, log in to your WordPress account.
Open the WordPress dashboard then, hover over the cursor on appearance and click on themes.
To delete the required theme, first activate the default WordPress theme i.e. Twenty Fourteen.
Next, select the theme that you want to delete and press the Delete button in the bottom right corner.

WordPress dashboard manager will remove your theme successfully.

II) By using FTP manager:

First Using the FTP manager log into your server through FileZilla. Then open the WordPress installation folder.
Click on wp-content and then select the themes folder.
Here all the themes available to you will display. Next, select the theme that you want to delete from the themes folder.
Right-click on the theme and delete your theme folder by clicking on the Delete button.

The theme has now been successfully removed using the FTP manager.
