Ship your WooCommerce catalog with titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing, attributes, and stock, all configured per batch.
WooCommerce stores launching or migrating a catalog get products live with full metadata, no self-serve typing. Each batch covers titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing, attributes, and stock. Billed per batch so you scale as needed.
Launching a WooCommerce store with a real, shoppable catalog is slow. Every product needs a title, a description that reads well, categories that map to your menu, attributes that drive variations, clean images sized correctly, stock quantities, and pricing structured the way you actually sell. Most founders do not have the hours for this. Teams that try to self-serve usually end up with half-populated products, broken filters, and SEO that never ranks because descriptions were copied straight from a supplier sheet.
The WooCommerce Product Upload Bundle closes this gap. You hand us the source material (a supplier catalog, a spreadsheet, a previous platform export, or a simple list) and we turn it into a complete, metadata-rich product set inside your WooCommerce store. No self-serve typing, no back-and-forth about where the comma goes, no placeholder descriptions.
Every batch covers the full configuration of each product in scope:
We log in to your WooCommerce admin using credentials you approve. A dedicated upload engineer handles the batch end to end, which means the same person writes the copy, sets the variations, and uploads the images, so decisions stay consistent across the batch. For larger catalogs we split work across engineers but keep the product rules documented so the catalog reads like one hand built it.
If your store is on the Starter, Standard, or Grow maintenance plan with Aarav Infotech, your batches run on a prioritized queue and are coordinated with your normal site care, so you do not lose maintenance hours on upload work.
Every upload is handled in-house by Aarav Infotech engineers who work on WordPress and WooCommerce daily. No freelancer churn, no outsourcing chains. The same team that maintains your site writes and uploads your catalog, so if something breaks during upload (a theme conflict, a plugin crash, a memory timeout), it gets fixed on the spot without needing a separate support ticket.
At the end of a batch you get a live store with complete, metadata-populated products, categories that sort correctly, attributes that filter correctly, and images that load fast. You also get a short handover note listing any products that needed clarification (missing supplier images, ambiguous variations, unclear pricing) so you know exactly what was produced and what, if anything, needs a second pass.
You are launching a new WooCommerce catalog, you are migrating from Shopify, Magento, a custom PHP store, or another platform, or you have a supplier catalog you want uploaded cleanly without paying for an in-house listings team. This bundle applies to WordPress and WooCommerce stores only. It does not cover non-WordPress platforms under the All Platforms track of our maintenance service.
Titles, descriptions, images, categories, attributes, pricing, SKUs, and stock, every field set per product before handover.
Same Aarav Infotech team that maintains WordPress and WooCommerce sites daily handles your upload, no freelancer churn.
Pay per batch and scale with your catalog instead of paying a fixed monthly retainer for upload work.
Supplier sheets, platform exports, or structured product lists accepted as-is, no pre-formatting required.
Short and long descriptions written as readable buyer copy so product pages convert and search engines index them.
Formatting errors and typos introduced during upload are corrected free for the first 7 days after handover.
Titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing, attributes, and stock loaded per product so the catalog is shop-ready from the first visit.
Short and long descriptions written as readable buyer copy, not pasted from supplier sheets, so pages read well and search engines index them.
Images uploaded, compressed for fast load, and mapped to the correct product and variation so galleries and filters behave correctly.
Taxonomy mapped to your existing menu, or a proposed structure if you are starting fresh, so products sort and filter without rework.
Size, color, material, and other pickers configured per product so shop filters and variation dropdowns work the way customers expect.
SKUs and stock counts entered per variation so inventory tracking and reporting work correctly from day one.
Source accepted as supplier spreadsheets, CSV exports from other platforms, or structured lists, so you are not reformatting before handover.
Billed per batch so you can scale the service up or down with your catalog, with a separate quote available for very large uploads.
You send the source catalog (supplier sheet, platform export, or structured list) along with any brand formatting rules you already follow.
Our engineer reviews the source, confirms batch size, flags gaps like missing images, and shares the scope before starting work.
Titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, pricing, images, SKUs, and stock are entered per product inside your WooCommerce admin.
You receive a completion note listing products uploaded, items flagged for clarification, and a short note on how the catalog is structured.
Supplier spreadsheets, exports from Shopify, Magento, or other platforms, CSV files, and structured product lists. You do not need to reformat first, our engineer handles the mapping.
It depends on batch size and the cleanliness of your source data. We confirm the expected delivery window at scoping, before any upload work begins.

This bundle is for WordPress and WooCommerce stores only. We can read an export from another platform as source material, but the target store must be WooCommerce. Non-WordPress stores fall under our All Platforms maintenance track.
Minor corrections (typos or formatting errors introduced by us during upload) are covered free for 7 days. Adding new products, restructuring categories, or rewriting copy after handover are billed as a fresh batch.
A dedicated Aarav Infotech upload engineer logs in using credentials you approve. We do not use shared or third-party credentials, and you can revoke access at any time.
We confirm batch size at scoping. Very large catalogs are quoted separately so we can plan engineer time and avoid disrupting your existing maintenance hours.
Refunds are available before upload work starts. Once products are entered in your WooCommerce admin, the batch is considered delivered and refunds no longer apply.
