Custom WordPress design with sitemap planning, SEO-ready content, Core Web Vitals tuning, and a project dashboard - delivered in 2 to 5 weeks.
A complete WordPress build-out - sitemap, design, content shaping, SEO, Core Web Vitals tuning, and post-launch handover - delivered in fixed weeks by Aarav Infotech engineers, tracked in a single project dashboard.
Most website agencies sell you a theme, assemble it on a page builder, and disappear at launch. Freelancers undercut on price but skip the unglamorous work - the sitemap planning, the on-page SEO, the Core Web Vitals tuning, the cross-browser testing. WebX Website Design is different. We run a single engineer-led build process where every page is mapped, designed, written for conversion, and stress-tested before it goes live.
Every project begins with a discovery call, a brand and competitor brief, and a sitemap. We shortlist 2 to 3 WordPress themes that match your industry, mock up homepage concepts, and preview inner pages before any production work starts. Page revisions are bounded per plan so the project lands on time, not on the third "small tweak" of week six.
Content gets the same treatment as design. Headlines, meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking are drafted by people who have shipped hundreds of pages - not generated by a content button. Conversion patterns - lead forms, sticky CTAs, social proof blocks, click-to-call on mobile - are baked into the layout, not bolted on after launch.
You get a dedicated Project Manager, a shared project dashboard for files and feedback, and clear weekly milestones. Communication runs over email, video calls, and dashboard comments - never lost in a freelancer's inbox. Pre-launch we run a full testing checklist: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge across desktop, tablet and mobile, broken-link scan, form testing, SSL verification, 404 testing.
Launch day is not the end. Every plan includes domain, DNS and hosting configuration, a structured handover with admin credentials and a written walkthrough, and post-launch support hours so you are never stranded when something needs adjusting. Pair the build with WebXSentry Maintenance and your site stays secure, backed up, and tuned from day one.
Every page, every revision round, every deliverable locked at order. No mid-project price hikes, no surprise change orders. You know exactly what you are getting before checkout.
Custom WordPress with clean code, proper template hierarchy, and performance budgets - not a Bootstrap demo with the colors swapped. Built by engineers who can ship without page builders.
Sticky CTAs, lead forms above the fold, social proof blocks, click-to-call on mobile, and trust signals - designed into the layout from day one, not bolted on after launch.
On-page SEO, schema markup, semantic HTML, alt text, internal linking, and AI-search-optimised copy shipped with every build. Indexable by Google, citable by AI assistants.
Brand brief, competitor review, 1 to 3 homepage concepts, and inner-page previews before production. Your site looks like your business - not like a free template anyone could buy.
Admin credentials, written walkthrough, training video, and post-launch support hours included on every plan. You own your site, your domain, your hosting - no agency lock-in.
A fixed-scope build with a real Project Manager, a shared dashboard, and weekly milestones - so launch day is a date on the calendar, not a moving target.
WordPress themes researched for your industry, homepage concepts mocked up, inner pages previewed - then refined with bounded revisions before any production work begins.
Headlines, CTAs and on-page copy drafted by humans who have shipped hundreds of pages - with conversion patterns engineered into the layout, not bolted on after launch.
On-page SEO, schema markup, semantic HTML and AI-search-optimised copy shipped with every build - so your site is indexable by Google and citable by AI assistants from day one.
Core Web Vitals tuned, SSL configured, cookie consent and privacy policy stubs in place - every site ships ready for real traffic and modern compliance expectations.
A structured handover - credentials, walkthrough, training video, and support hours - so you launch with confidence and never get stranded after go-live.

Choose your plan, complete checkout, and share your brand assets, references and content via the secure project dashboard. We schedule a discovery call within 24 hours to map goals, audience and conversion targets.
We deliver a sitemap, shortlist 2 to 3 WordPress themes for your industry, and produce basic wireframes for key pages. You approve direction before any pixel-level design begins.
Homepage concepts (1 to 3 per plan) and inner-page previews are delivered for review. Page revisions are bounded per plan - feedback is captured in the dashboard, not in email threads.
Approved designs are built in WordPress, copy is shaped, on-page SEO and schema markup are applied, images are compressed and Core Web Vitals are tuned. You see progress live in a staging environment.
Pre-launch QA checklist signed off, domain and DNS configured, site goes live. You receive admin credentials, a written walkthrough, a training video, and post-launch support hours.
Yes. You can request a full refund any time before we deliver the first homepage design concept. Once design concepts are delivered, the design fee is non-refundable - but you keep everything we have produced up to that point (sitemap, wireframes, brand brief). After launch, monthly maintenance add-ons (WebXSentry) can be cancelled with no lock-in.
Page builders are great for hobby sites. They struggle on three things that matter for business sites: Core Web Vitals (page-builder bloat hurts Google ranking), conversion engineering (CTAs, forms, social proof - mostly missing from default templates), and SEO depth (schema markup, semantic HTML, AI-search readability). You also end up owning the maintenance, the plugin licensing decisions, and the late-night troubleshooting. We hand you a site that is engineered, indexed, and supported.
You can absolutely find a Fiverr design at low cost - and it is the right call for a quick brochure. The trade-offs show up later: no sitemap planning, no brand brief, no SEO depth, no Core Web Vitals tuning, no cross-browser QA, no project dashboard, no PM, and no handover document. Most importantly, no accountability after launch. Our build comes with a real Project Manager, weekly milestones, a documented QA checklist, and post-launch support hours on every plan.
Project duration assumes you provide content, brand assets and feedback within 5 business days of each request. If you miss a feedback window, the timeline extends day-for-day - your PM will flag the delay in the dashboard so there are no surprises. We do not silently slip launch dates; you always know where the project stands.
Headlines, sub-headers, calls-to-action, meta titles and meta descriptions for key pages are drafted by our team as part of every plan. Long-form body copy (about us, services, blog posts) is your domain - you know your business best - but we provide a content brief, examples, and editorial review. If you need long-form copywriting done for you, it is available as a billable add-on with clear per-page pricing.
Yes. On-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt text, schema markup, semantic HTML, internal linking), XML sitemap, robots.txt, Open Graph tags, Google Search Console verification, and Core Web Vitals tuning (LCP, CLS, INP) ship with every plan. Higher plans extend this with AI-search readiness, FAQ schema and content optimisation across more pages. This is baseline, not an upsell.
Yes - and we design mobile-first, not desktop-first with mobile bolted on. Every page is tested on iPhone and Android phones, iPad and Android tablets, and across Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge before launch. Click-to-call buttons, sticky mobile CTAs, and tap-friendly forms are designed in from the start. Mobile traffic typically converts differently from desktop, so the design accounts for it.
We shortlist 2 to 3 WordPress themes for your industry and recommend a stack of well-supported plugins (security, caching, SEO, forms, analytics). You make the final call on the theme. We push back if a plugin choice creates security, performance or maintenance risk - that is the engineering judgment you are paying for. Theme and plugin licences (where paid) are listed in the plan handover.
WooCommerce-based stores are supported on every plan except the entry-level Launch tier. Standard catalog setup (up to a defined product count per plan), payment gateway integration (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe), shipping zones, tax rules, and checkout customisation are included. Complex commerce (subscriptions, multi-vendor, B2B pricing tiers) is scoped as a custom engagement - ask before ordering and we will quote a fixed-scope add-on.
The design plan covers the build and launch configuration - we set up DNS, point your domain, install and verify SSL. Hosting itself and domain registration are not included unless explicitly listed on the plan. If you need a managed hosting setup, our WebXSentry Maintenance plans include hosting management options and run on AWS with daily encrypted backups.
Existing content (pages, blog posts, images) can be migrated for an additional scope - we audit the old site, map content to the new structure, and migrate with redirects in place to preserve SEO rankings. Domain email (info@yourdomain) is unaffected as long as your MX records stay pointed at your email provider - we never touch email DNS without confirming first. We document everything before any switchover.
Yes. Every plan includes post-launch support hours covering bug fixes and small edits within the support window. For ongoing care - security, backups, performance monitoring, monthly content edits, WordPress and plugin updates - pair the design plan with a WebXSentry Maintenance plan (separate purchase, cancel anytime). The first month is on us when you order both together.
Scope and Pages. The page count and feature set on the selected plan is the contracted scope. Additional pages, custom modules or new features outside the plan are billable as a change order before work begins.
Revisions. The number of revision rounds per page in the selected plan is the contracted limit. Additional rounds are billable per hour at our standard rate. Revisions are scoped to changes within the approved direction - new directions count as new concepts.
Content Timeline. Project duration assumes you provide content, brand assets and feedback within 5 business days of each request. Delays in content delivery extend the project timeline day-for-day. Our PM will flag delays in the dashboard.
Approvals. Each project milestone (sitemap, wireframes, design concepts, build, pre-launch QA) requires written approval in the project dashboard before the next phase begins. Approval implies sign-off on that phase.
Hosting and Domain. Hosting and domain are not included in the design plan unless explicitly listed. We configure DNS and pointing on your hosting / registrar. WebXSentry Maintenance plans (separate purchase) include hosting management options.
Ownership. On final payment, all custom design assets, copy and code produced for your project are transferred to you. Third-party themes, plugins and stock assets retain their original licences. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Post-Launch Support. Each plan includes a defined post-launch support window. Bug fixes for issues caused by our build are free within this window. Ongoing maintenance, content updates and feature additions after the window are covered by WebXSentry Maintenance plans or hourly support.
Payment. 50% on order, 50% on launch unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing. Work pauses on overdue invoices. Refund eligibility is limited to pre-design phase only - once design concepts are delivered, the design fee is non-refundable.
Confidentiality. All business information shared during the project is treated as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs on request before discovery.
