What you get

We build the integration against your chosen CRM, which can be Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Perfex CRM, and wire it to a single contact form on your website. Field mapping is handled on our side, so form fields like name, email, phone, company, and message land in the correct CRM fields without a data clean-up pass later. Lead source, campaign tag, and assignment rules can be passed along with the payload so routing rules in the CRM trigger on the first touch.

How delivery works

We take your CRM access details, confirm the form endpoint, and build a server-side handler that authenticates with the CRM API, validates the submission, and posts the lead. Duplicate detection, basic spam filtering, and a retry on failed API calls are part of the build, which means a transient CRM outage does not silently drop a lead. Every submission is logged on your server for audit, so you can always reconcile a form entry against what reached the CRM.

The integration is built for one target per purchase, and the supported targets are Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Perfex CRM. Other CRMs with a documented REST API can be scoped as a custom engagement.

Build and handover happen within 5 to 7 business days from the moment we receive your CRM credentials and access to the form. Delay in sharing credentials moves the delivery date by the same amount.

A failed CRM API call is retried up to three times with exponential backoff, which covers most transient outages. The submission is also written to the on-server audit log, so no lead is silently dropped.

One website contact form with up to ten mapped fields is included in this build. Additional forms are available as a separate add-on, scoped per form during the kickoff call.

Yes, 30 days of post-handover support is included and covers functional issues with the integration itself, such as auth token refresh, field mapping adjustments, and endpoint debugging. Breakages caused by CRM-side API changes or credential rotation are billed separately.

Credentials are handled under strict confidentiality and are stored server-side only, never exposed in browser code. Access is revoked on handover by default, unless the integration is placed under an active maintenance contract for ongoing care.

This product covers lead creation with field mapping, owner assignment, and source tagging. Deal creation, bi-directional sync, and multi-step workflows are quoted separately as a custom engagement.

  1. Scope is limited to one CRM target and one website form as described in the specifications, so any change in target during the build is treated as a fresh engagement.
  2. You are responsible for providing CRM admin credentials or API keys with the permissions needed to create leads, so delays in credential sharing extend the delivery window.
  3. The integration is built and tested on your staging or live environment, so a working, accessible website environment at the time of build is required.
  4. Refund is not available once the build has started, because engineering time is consumed from day one. A pre-build cancellation is refundable in full, minus any third-party fees already incurred.
  5. Post-handover support covers functional issues with the integration itself for 30 days, which includes debugging a broken endpoint, adjusting field mappings, and fixing auth token refresh failures.
  6. Breakages caused by CRM-side API changes, CRM licence expiry, credential rotation, or website migration are outside the 30-day support scope and are billed separately.
  7. We handle credentials under strict confidentiality and revoke all access on handover unless you place the integration under an active maintenance contract.
  8. Any custom logic beyond standard lead creation, such as deal creation, multi-step workflows, or bi-directional sync, is quoted separately and is not part of this product.
