We run a parallel-run cutover so there is no downtime. Step 1: provision Workspace alongside your existing host. Step 2: pre-migrate historical mail, contacts, calendars to Workspace. Step 3: schedule a cutover window (typically a weekend or off-hours) when MX records flip from the old host to Workspace. Step 4: a final incremental sync catches any mail delivered during the cutover. Step 5: keep the old host live for 30 days as a fallback before decommissioning.
