A hacked website costs you visitors, sales and search rankings by the hour. An engineer cleans the malware, files the blacklist delisting requests, hardens the site and sends you a written report on what happened. One fixed price, no plan needed.
If your website is hacked, defaced or blacklisted, every hour costs you visitors, sales and search rankings. An engineer cleans the malware from your files and database, files the blacklist delisting requests, hardens the site and sends you a written incident report. One fixed price, no plan and no contract. Work starts by your next business morning, Eastern time.
A hacked website damages your business by the hour. Visitors see browser warnings, Google can block your domain in search results, your ads get paused and your traffic drops. Emergency Website Recovery exists for one reason: to get your site cleaned, hardened and back, at a fixed price, with no negotiating while you are down.
An engineer takes a safety snapshot of your site, then works out how the attacker got in, whether through an outdated plugin, a stolen password, an old CMS version or a weakness on your hosting server. We remove every malicious file, clean injected database entries, repair defaced pages and shut down the hidden backdoors. We reset passwords and security keys, remove admin accounts that should not be there, correct file permissions and tighten weak settings. If Google or another blacklist has flagged your site, we file the delisting requests.
A written incident report in plain English: what happened, how they got in and exactly what we changed. You can share it with your hosting provider, advertising platforms or your insurer.
Emergency Website Recovery is a one-time service with no plan and no contract. Work begins by your next business morning, Eastern time. Our engineers work Monday to Saturday on India time, which covers the US night. If you already have one of our monthly maintenance plans, malware cleanup is included in it at no extra cost, so you do not need this service. Emergency Website Recovery is outside the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Malware, defacement and backdoors removed from your files and database in one engagement, not stretched across visits.
We file the delisting requests so the warning can come off your site once it is clean.
A plain-English report of what happened, how they got in and what we changed.
Buy the recovery online. We confirm by email and open your ticket.
Send admin, hosting and database credentials through the secure vault in your client area, never by email, so cleanup can start without delay.

Once your site is clean, we file the delisting requests with Google and other blacklists. Those services set their own review times, which are often a day or more, so we cannot promise an exact time.
Work starts by your next business morning, Eastern time, once you have shared access through the secure vault in your client area. Our team works Monday to Saturday on India time, which covers the US night. Sites already on a monthly maintenance plan are handled first.
One incident equals one confirmed compromise on one website, regardless of how many infected files, injected database entries or hidden backdoors are found during cleanup. Additional sites or subdomains are quoted separately.
We take a safety snapshot first and work to keep your live site up. If the site has to be taken offline for a short time to clean it safely, we tell you before we do it.
Working out how the attacker got in is part of every recovery. The written incident report explains it in plain English, whether it was an outdated plugin, a stolen password, an old CMS version or a hosting weakness, and what we did to close that route.
Yes. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, custom PHP applications, custom CMS platforms and static HTML sites. The approach is tailored to the platform, but the result is the same: a clean site, a hardened configuration, delisting requests filed and a written incident report.
Yes. The report is written in plain English so you can pass it to your hosting provider, advertising platforms or your insurer. It states what we found and what we changed. It is not a guarantee that the site can never be attacked again.
Recovery cleans the site and closes the way in, but it cannot stop a new attack later. A new infection is a separate incident. Our monthly maintenance plans keep a firewall, scans and monitoring running, and malware cleanup is included in them at no extra cost.

Emergency Website Recovery is a one-time service billed per incident. One incident equals one confirmed compromise on one website, regardless of how many infected files, pages or backdoors are found during cleanup. Additional websites or subdomains are quoted separately.
Payment is taken upfront. Work begins only after payment and once you have shared working administrator login, hosting panel access, database credentials and any vault entries needed. You are responsible for providing current, valid credentials and for authorising password resets during hardening. Time lost to missing or incorrect credentials does not count toward our response and completion times.

The incident report describes your website as we found it and as we left it. We cannot guarantee the site will not be compromised again through a new attack, a vulnerability disclosed in third-party software after handover, or actions taken by you or others after the engagement closes. A new or unrelated infection is a separate incident.
All findings, including the source of infection, backdoor signatures and affected files, are kept confidential and shared only with you and the engineers assigned to your incident. If the compromise is traced to a cracked theme, pirated plugin or any asset installed in breach of its licence, you must remove or properly license it before we can stand behind the cleanup.
Ongoing protection, monitoring and patching are offered separately through our website maintenance plans and are not part of this one-time service.
