- This add-on is billed monthly on a recurring basis and is tied to an active Starter, Standard, or Grow maintenance plan. If the primary plan lapses, the add-on pauses until the plan resumes.
- The monthly quota of blog posts does not roll over. Unused posts in a billing cycle expire at the end of that cycle.
- Turnaround starts from the point we receive the complete content pack, meaning final text plus any images or brand notes required for the post.
- Content writing, original research, translation, and original graphic design are out of scope. We work with the text and images you supply.
- Refunds are prorated only for months in which no posts have been uploaded. Once a post has been processed in a given month, that month is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for providing valid WordPress admin credentials, or an editor-level user account with sufficient access for us to publish on your site.
- Unpublished drafts, editorial calendars, and any content shared with us are treated as confidential and are not used for any purpose other than this service.
- Either party can cancel the add-on with 7 days notice before the next billing date. No long-term lock-in applies.
