Each bundle gives you 5 tickets, which you can raise across the remaining tenure of your plan. It is built for the months when a site needs more hands than the base plan allows, without asking you to jump to a higher tier.

The support scope is deliberately wide. It focuses on technical maintenance and troubleshooting so your website keeps running smoothly and stays available to your visitors. Common uses include:
- Downtime support: help with website downtime caused by server errors, hardware failures, software updates, or security issues, so your site gets back online with as little disruption as possible.

- This bundle is an add-on to an active Aarav Infotech website maintenance plan and cannot be purchased as a standalone service.
- Each bundle provides 5 support tickets. A ticket covers one support request within the standard support scope described above.
- Tickets remain available across the remaining tenure of your maintenance plan and are not separately refundable once support work has started.
- Support scope follows the Standard Maintenance Program terms. Work outside that scope, such as new development or redesign, is quoted separately.
- Please do not share passwords in the order note. Our team will request credentials through a secure channel where needed.
- All work is delivered under the confidentiality terms of your master service agreement.
