Type of Requests

Change Request: are requests which include changes to the website with respect to content or graphics or minor layout. For example, content update, image update, etc. It can contain multiple change requests in one ticket.

Support Request: are requests relating to any technical difficulty or issue or bug faced by the client. For example, form not working, Email not receiving, Link not working, etc. We consider unlimited support requests within the scope.

Addon Request: Request on behalf of any addon modules taken beyond the standard maintenance contract. 

Management Request: Any Request/Tasks attended beyond the qualitative scope of the standard maintenance contract. 

Not in Scope (NIS): Request not covered on the maintenance scope. For example, new pages or new sections to be added/developed beyond the counts covered under the maintenance agreement, if so applicable.
