How much does Google Workspace cost?

Google Workspace offers several pricing plans depending on the needs of the user. Here are the current pricing plans as of March 2023:

  1. Business Starter: $6 per user per month. This includes Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, and more. It includes 30GB of cloud storage per user.
  2. Business Standard: $12 per user per month. This includes everything in Business Starter, plus 2TB of cloud storage per user, advanced administrative controls, and more.
  3. Business Plus: $18 per user per month. This includes everything in Business Standard, plus additional security and management features like enterprise-grade access control, advanced endpoint management, and more.
  4. Enterprise: Contact sales for pricing. This includes everything in Business Plus, plus additional features like custom branding, advanced security and compliance, and premium support.

There is also a non-profit pricing plan for eligible organizations, as well as an education pricing plan for schools and universities. Google Workspace also offers a 14-day free trial for all of its plans.
