To opt-out of automatic billing, please log in to our client area and navigate to the subscriptions section. Further, you can cancel your subscription which will stop automatic billing. Or you can contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process of canceling the automatic billing feature. You may be required to provide some information to verify your account details. Once you opt out of automatic billing, you will need to manually initiate payments for your invoices.
