Talent Acquisition Executive – IT & Digital Services
About the Role
Aarav Infotech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing team across technical, sales, and support functions. This is a full-ownership role suited to someone who understands how to source, screen, and close candidates in an IT and digital services environment, and who can build a consistent hiring pipeline rather than reacting to vacancies as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing through to screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus channels for technical, sales, and support roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess communication skills, role fit, and intent.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the respective department heads or hiring managers.
- Maintain an organised candidate pipeline and accurate hiring records in the applicant tracking system or CRM.
- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant portals, keeping them consistent with company tone and requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen the company's visibility as a preferred employer in the local talent market.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand evolving manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Skills
- Clear verbal and written English communication.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates and hiring managers over calls and video.
- Working knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining hiring records.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude towards closing positions within reasonable timelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
