About the Role

As a pivotal member of our team, the Business Development Associate will be a key driver of growth at Aarav Infotech. You will focus on our core offerings, including website design and development, digital marketing, IT services, and our suite of digital products, and will play a central role in proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential clients through multiple channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
• Work on high-potential leads supplied by the company alongside self-sourced prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate web solutions.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and support the complete sales cycle.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have).
• Passion for technology and cybersecurity
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of networking, web applications, or website maintenance will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. – Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related branches.
• MCA – Computer Science, Cyber Security, or relevant specialisation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in website services or IT services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
