Job Type: Full-time Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office, Business Location) Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) Experience: 1 to 3 years Responsibilities Lead Generation • Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events. Client Engagement • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business needs. • Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of our website maintenance, Google Workspace, and digital product offerings. Proposal Development • Collaborate with the project team to create compelling proposals tailored to clients' requirements. • Provide accurate and transparent pricing information. Sales Pipeline Management • Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities. • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Market Research • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
