About the Role

Aarav Infotech is looking for a Client Servicing Associate to work alongside our support team, managing relationships with existing customers. This is a client-facing, growth-oriented role suited to someone who wants to build a long-term career in client success and sales, starting with hands-on exposure to IT support workflows before progressing into a dedicated sales function.

• Reports To: Head of Client Success

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the support team to understand ongoing client issues, tickets, and service history.
• Identify opportunities for one-time paid tasks, add-on services, and upsells within the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with clients on one-time task requests, scope clarification, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, task status, and billing follow-ups in the CRM.
• Schedule meetings with clients when a conversation requires formal sales discussion, such as new proposals, contract upgrades, or pricing negotiations.
• Prepare client and context notes ahead of sales meetings to support smooth handovers.
• Address routine client concerns independently and involve senior sales or technical staff for complex cases.
• Track recurring patterns in client requests to flag renewal risks or growth opportunities early.

Required Skills

• Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and email.
• Basic understanding of website, hosting, or IT service concepts (training will be provided).
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude rather than a purely reactive support mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (IT, commerce, BBA, or related fields preferred but not required).
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
